My Sunday mornings

When I stopped serving as an adviser for CWTS in PLM, I started to miss going out on Sunday mornings to meet perfect strangers and interact with them. I've been a volounteer CWTS teacher for two school years and the sudden break of the habit had me off balance. Luckily a very good transition took place. I became a part of SFC and having them keeps me balance of my existence. I recieved my new call: to serve in the Gawad Kalinga-Baseco. At first I thought I was being pushed by my firends to be part of it but I gradually learned that it was what I'm longing for. To serve the community has been in my blood eversince and I believe I will never loose this passion.

Last Sunday could be my most enjoying Sunday here in Baseco. I was able to handle the kids on their session and was able to build a good rapport with them. Shifting my style is a little bit hard; with the discipline of the kids, the environment, the resources and the giving of instructions but I was able to get the hang of it somehow.
